Here's my take on it
Staying here was a nice experience, especially with a room that had a fine view of the lively square. Breakfast was good with a variety of tasty options. The comfortable mattress felt great after a day of exploring. Just be prepared for some noise from the plaza during the evenings. A unique stay!

The staff was attentive, efficient. Truly enjoyed large bathroom and coffee, a kettle, and it's own balcony in our a double room. The service was good, nothing too much trouble, it was just what we needed.

really helpful staff, cheap room with large bathroom.

missingWrote a review on 11 Novconvenient locationcramped roomlackluster noise insulation
The location is convenient for sightseeing.
My family and I were disappointed by the cramped room. There was barely space to navigate. The noise insulation was lackluster, as we could hear conversations from neighboring rooms quite clearly. Unfortunately, the staff did not exhibit much flexibility or warmth during our interactions, which left us feeling unwelcomed.

location is magnificent, in the middle of the main square, breakfast room has its windows to the same square. reception staff (Angela) is wonderful, attentive and friendly. breakfast is very good and complete. room and bathroom are modern. air conditioning works very well. free wifi
The room is small, we asked for a double bed and one side was glued to the wall. The bathroom is also quite small, difficult for two people to manage. Conclusion:. You have to ask for it at breakfast the day before. Well, you should NOTICE IT

The breakfast offered a generous selection of items with a beautiful view overlooking Plaza Mayor.
The shower pressure was disappointing, making for a less pleasant experience .

I doubt that there are any hotels with better views in Salamanca, than the ones offered by our room: in the middle of the Plaza Mayor. Therefore, unbeatable location you can have in this city. Since we were only about 6 minutes or less from each point of tourist interest . The room is soundproofed so you can not hear the noise that may develop in the square or in the adjoining rooms . The breakfast is quite varied, and not very expensive, for what is usually seen in terms of price in the surroundings. . I would book this room again (double rooms with balcony overlooking the square)
To indicate some unfavourable point, in order to improve the service of the company and that at the same time it could be of interest to future travellers, I would emphasize that the pillows were not to our liking. In spite of this, double bed was large and comfortable. Another negative aspect was that we saw some ants inside the room, small but continuous incidents we had with the hydro massage shower.

I loved that they proposed us to change our room to be more comfortable (instead of 2 single beds plus a bunk bed they proposed us 3 single beds). The man at the reception was very nice ( Alvaro ). Very comfortable beds, very clean hotel, and perfect location to visit the city. Excellent value for money
service of the hotel, except for the man who was in the reception and who welcomed us ( Alvaro ) and lady who was there when we said goodbye to the hotel and who proposed to call a taxi, others were not very nice not to say edges, service could be improved. Yesterday we were told at the reception that breakfast was until 11 am, so we went down this morning at 10:15. At 10h35 the waiter who was in the breakfast room came to tell us that if we wanted something in the buffet we had to go now because they were going to withdraw it. We told him that they had confirmed that it was until 11h, he was super rude and confirmed that it was until 10h30. We got up to get more fruit and he made a bad face and it was unpleasant. when we returned to the night of the walk, we asked the lady at the reception if she could heat up some water to make an infusion (about -2 degrees at 23h), she told us that the kitchen was closed and that it would mean going to heat the water for us. We answered that we did not want to bother, she did not insist any more, she almost cut us off and said "perfect, good night" and said goodbye to us. service is very unkind, pity.

Our stay was reminiscent of a fairy tale, as our room had a balcony that overlooked the vibrant plaza, where we enjoyed a symphony performance right outside! The location was unbeatable, just steps from the Plaza Mayor and very close to several enchanting sights like the Catedral de Salamanca and the Universidad de Salamanca. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with a fantastic selection that made our mornings good.

situation. It's in the same main square. It's good because everything is close by and it's nice to look out onto the balcony and see the square, first night we were on the second floor we couldn't sleep because of the noise. second night on the third floor we slept well.
We hired a more expensive room with a double bed and a balcony with a view and first night they put us in a small room with two beds that was not worth the price we paid. After complaining several times and answering that the rooms were subject to availability, finally the receptionist Angeles solved it and we moved to another room on the 3rd floor with a double bed and a little more spacious (more appropriate to the price we paid) and we could sleep well. We don't understand about the availability. We booked well in advance. There were other rooms in the same hotel almost 20 euros cheaper the night we didn't book because we wanted a better room. If the clients accept an economic price subject to availability it is reasonable. if we pay a higher price we should be guaranteed what we booked. hotel management should correct that and that it's not a lottery you'll find. We appreciate the good management of the receptionist Angeles.

location!!! no more and no less than the most strategic place possible, main square 100 meters away, charming places in every corner, all the guided routes leave from there and tourist office is also in the same square, for lunch, dinner, breakfast, shopping, all at a stone's throw. it's very clean, little space in the room, clean, bathroom spotless, we stayed a second night!!. they attended us very well at the reception.
What I didn't like was the size of the room for the price we paid, the bed was 135 and one of the sides was stuck to the wall because of how narrow it was, the only side that had space with a bedside table doesn't have an outlet, which nowadays with mobiles as an alarm clock is not normal . the parking is the worst, do not have, understandable by its location mostly pedestrian, if you have agreement with parking le mans to 12.90 euros per day, its real price is 15 par the rest of users, this parking is not easy to find with google maps, as it does not take you to the exact point, the access is tremendous with a vertiginous slope and once there you don't have a defined place as such, you must leave them a copy of the keys and they move it, take it out and put it at their whim to relocate other vehicles, to us they left the windows open and everything full of dust a new car of 1 month. that if 150 meters from the hotel, there is no possibility to unload suitcases at the door. expensive for the service they offer. otherwise really great.

I have no good points to mention about our stay at this hotel, except for the fact that when we pointed out that the brochure in the hotel room stated that International papers were available and the receptionist did provide these the same day after we requested them. The fact that we left the hotel earlier than planned and moved to another location in Salamanca should speak volumes on our opinion of the stay.
The room was poorly planned with a virtual open bathroom which provided no privacy at all. The internet did not work, there were no English language TV stations such as BBC or CNN. Apart from the bed being comfortable there was not enough seating to use. The mini bar content was not satisfactory. Apparently Thursday night through Sunday 8 A.M. is student party time and the windows, though double glazed, did not keep out the excessive noise from outside nor the return of other guests that had obviously been drinking, to enable ourselves to have a peacefull or enjoyable stay.

The location was perfect. The breakfast area is extremely pleasant overlooking Plaza Mayor. Internet was very fast.
Staff wasn't very friendly. Room was a bit run down. But as I sad before, location was perfect.
